What is SpaceSync?
An AI-assisted architectural design platform: brief to programme to drawing set, in one place.
SpaceSync is a design platform for architects and space planners. It takes a project from the earliest brief — a site, a set of requirements, a rough intent — through programme, adjacency and layout, and out the other side as drawings, sheets and a presentation. The AI parts are there to remove the tedious middle, not to replace the design decisions.
The platform is built from one assistant and five design modules. You do not have to use all of them, and nothing forces a particular order — but they are designed to hand work to each other.
AIRA, the design assistant
AIRA is the assistant that turns a brief into a spatial programme. It reads your project context, proposes departments and rooms with areas, works out which of them want to be near each other, and lays the result out as boards you can review, edit and re-run. It is the front door to most projects.

2D/3D drawing — walls, spaces, levels, dimensions, doors and windows.

How the pieces fit
A workspace holds your projects. A project holds iterations — parallel attempts at the same problem — and each iteration is where the modules actually open. Work is versioned as you go, and more than one person can be in the same drawing at the same time.
