The difference between the free and paid plans, and the institutional tiers above them.
SpaceSync has two self-serve plans and two institutional tiers. Plans attach to a workspace, so the same account can be free in one workspace and paid in another.
Prices and allowances live on one page
This page describes what the plans *differ on*. For the actual prices, project limits and token allowances, see the pricing page — it is the single published source, and duplicating its numbers here would only create something to forget to update.
BaSync
The free plan. A personal workspace, a capped number of projects, the core drawing and sheets tools, and a modest monthly AI allowance. It is a genuine free tier rather than a time-limited trial — it does not expire.
ProSync
The paid plan. It lifts the project cap, opens up the AIRA assistant properly, adds PDF export, and raises the AI allowance substantially.
ProSync starts with a free trial period, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged. Billing is available monthly or yearly.
CampuSync and EnterpriSync
Institutional and enterprise tiers, for schools and organisations that need many seats, central administration and procurement rather than a card.

What happens at the limit
Hitting a plan limit does not destroy anything. Work already in the workspace stays exactly as it is, and stays readable. What stops is the action that would exceed the limit — creating one more project, or running one more generation.
A plan can restrict what a role can do
If you own a project but cannot edit it, check the plan before you suspect a permissions bug. The interface distinguishes the two cases: a plan limit offers an upgrade, a role limit tells you to ask the project owner. See Roles and permissions.
