Finding your way around
The sidebar, the project header, the editor chrome — what each region is for.
The interface has three layers of navigation: the workspace sidebar on the left, the project header inside a project, and the module chrome inside an editor. They nest, so you can always tell how deep you are.
The sidebar
Always present, and collapsible to icons if you want the width back.
- My Projects
- Everything in the current workspace that you own or have been added to.
- Collab
- Projects other people own and have shared with you. The complement of My Projects, not a subset of it.
- Favourites
- Projects you have starred.
- Archives
- Archived projects. Read-only, and out of the way, but recoverable.
- Notifications
- Mentions, comment replies, invitations and system messages. See Notifications.
- Tutorials
- Opens this documentation.
- Help & Support
- The in-app FAQ and support assistant, which can escalate to a human.
Note
Tutorials under Resources opens this documentation. What's New beside it is still a placeholder — visible, but not yet active.
At the bottom sits the profile pill. It opens your profile, which is also where settings and preferences live — there is no separate settings screen in the sidebar.
The workspace switcher
In the top header, next to your avatar. Because each workspace has its own subdomain, switching navigates you to a different address — that is expected, not a bug.
Inside a project
The project header carries the project name, the collaborator and sharing controls, favourite and archive, and the entry points to AIRA, the iterations, SpaceStory and SpaceShow.
Inside an editor
Editors use a consistent arrangement: a tool rail, a left panel for structure (levels, layers, sheets), a right panel for properties of whatever is selected, and a canvas in the middle. Both side panels can be toggled away.
