AI tokens
The three wallets, what draws from each, how the rolling allowance refills, and what purchased credits do.
Generative work consumes tokens. Reading, drawing, editing, commenting and exporting to raster formats do not — only the operations that actually call a model.
Three wallets, not one
Consumption is split across three separate wallets so that heavy use of one capability does not starve the others.

Note
PDF export also draws credits. Raster exports — PNG, JPEG, SVG — do not.
How the allowance refills
Each wallet's included allowance runs on rolling daily and weekly windows rather than a monthly reset. There is no cliff at the start of the month and no midnight stampede: as your oldest usage ages out of the window, that capacity comes back.
When a daily window is exhausted, the interface tells you when the next credit frees up rather than just refusing.
Purchased credits
Credits you buy are tracked separately from the included allowance, and they never expire. The included allowance is spent first; purchased credits are drawn on only once it is gone. Anything left over is still there next month.
Purchased credits stay on your account across a plan change. If your account moves to the free plan — because you cancelled, or because a payment failed — credits you have already bought are not removed and do not expire. They are not refunded either; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Spending them is a different question: it needs an active ProSync plan. On the free plan your purchased balance is parked — still yours, still visible, but not spendable — and it unlocks unchanged the moment you subscribe again. Credits pay for usage rather than for plan features, so a balance does not by itself unlock paid-plan features.
You buy credits from Profile → Usage.
Watching your usage
Profile → Usage shows each wallet's current state, a history of what consumed credits, and a daily chart. Each entry records how much came from the included allowance and how much from purchased credits, so an unexpectedly large bill can be traced to the operation that caused it. The history is exportable as CSV.
Running out
When a wallet is empty, generative actions in that area stop and say so. Nothing is lost, and everything already generated stays. Wait for the window to roll over, or top up.
Tip
The wallets are independent, so an empty AIRA wallet does not stop you asking spAIce a question about the site, and neither one stops you drawing.
