Projects
Organising projects
Folders, favourites, archiving, and the difference between a project you own and one shared with you.
The sidebar splits projects four ways, and the split is by relationship rather than by topic.
- My Projects
- Projects in the current workspace that you own or are a member of.
- Collab
- Projects owned by other people and shared with you. Kept separate so a busy shared workspace does not bury your own work.
- Favourites
- Anything you have starred, from either of the lists above. Starring is personal — it does not change what anyone else sees.
- Archives
- Projects you have archived.
Favouriting
Use the star icon on a project card, or inside the project itself. It is a per-user marker: your favourites are yours.
Archiving
Archiving moves a project out of the main list and makes it read-only. Nothing is deleted — the drawings, versions, comments and history all stay exactly as they were, and un-archiving restores full access.
Note
Archiving is the right move for finished work you want out of the way. It is not a way to free up a project slot on a limited plan — see Plans for what counts against the cap.
Deleting
Deletion is deliberately harder to reach than archiving, because it is not reversible from the interface. If you need a project or an entire workspace removed permanently, contact support from the address on the account — see Getting support.
