The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SOORU.AI (SpaceSync) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

• Using automated systems to access the platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform or servers

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
